In consideration of the health and well-being of our exhibitors, attendees, panelists, volunteers and staff, the extensive logistical challenges involved in producing a show for more than 1,000 people under constantly changing conditions, and the fact that the OC Fair & Event Center remains closed to the public, we have decided to cancel the 2020 AAOC Trade Show & Conference.
While this is disappointing news, we do want to offer you something to look forward to. Next year’s trade show has already been scheduled for Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the OC Fair & Event Center. Hopefully, conditions will be more favorable at that time and we will be able to enjoy a safe and successful show.
For trade show exhibitors who have either paid their deposit to secure their preferred booth selection or who have already paid in full, allowing AAOC to carry your payment forward to the 2021 show will enable you to keep the booth you have already selected. Likewise, trade show sponsors will be able to have their sponsorship carried forward. If this presents a problem or you are unable to participate in the show on March 4, 2021, please email Debbie DiBernardo at DebbieD@aaoc.com. As a reminder, booth spaces were almost sold out.
Despite this year’s trade show being cancelled and the challenging times we are all facing, our rental-housing industry remains strong. Your support of AAOC and your commitment to serving its rental property owner and operator members is a big reason why.
